Bringing your dog to daycare isn’t just about giving them a fun day out—it’s about helping them grow, socialize, and thrive! At The Delighted Dog, our daycare offers a safe, engaging environment where new dogs can enjoy a host of benefits, including:
Build Social Skills: Interacting with other dogs in a supervised setting helps your pup develop confidence, learn good manners, and become a happy, sociable companion.
Stay Active and Healthy: With plenty of room to run, jump, and play, daycare helps keep your dog physically fit and mentally stimulated.
Reduce Separation Anxiety: Time spent in a nurturing and active environment helps your dog feel more comfortable when apart from you, easing stress and anxiety.
Burn Off Energy: Avoid unwanted behaviors like chewing or digging—your dog will come home content and tuckered out after an action-packed day!
Routine and Structure: A regular daycare schedule can help establish routines, making your dog’s day more predictable and comforting.
Mental Stimulation: Activities like agility, fetch, and social play keep your dog’s mind sharp and engaged.
Professional Supervision: Our trained staff ensures every dog is safe, comfortable, and having the time of their life.
Individualized Attention: Whether your dog is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, we cater to their unique personality and needs.
Doggy daycare is more than a treat—it’s an opportunity for your pup to learn, grow, and live their best doggy life. Let us make their day unforgettable at The Delighted Dog!
Initial Inquiry and Scheduling
Contact us via phone, email, or our online inquiry form to let us know which services you’re interested in. Once we have your information, we’ll guide you through the next steps and schedule a visit to our facility.
Meet-and-Greet Session
Every new dog starts with a meet-and-greet session. During this visit, your dog will get to explore our facilities and meet a few of our staff members in a calm and controlled setting. This session helps us assess your dog’s temperament, comfort level, and socialization preferences.
Customized Care Plan
After the meet-and-greet, we’ll work with you to create a personalized care plan tailored to your dog’s specific needs, preferences, and personality. Our staff will answer any questions and ensure you feel confident about leaving your dog in our care.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our furry guests, we have the following requirements for new dogs:
Vaccination Records
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination is required before the first visit.
Health Check
Dogs should be in good health, free of any contagious conditions, and on a regular flea and tick prevention program.
Behavioral Evaluation
During the meet-and-greet session, we’ll observe your dog’s behavior and interactions with staff and other dogs. This evaluation ensures that your dog will thrive in our environment and that we can safely accommodate their needs.
Completed Forms
We’ll ask you to fill out a detailed intake form about your dog’s habits, preferences, and any special requirements. This information helps us provide personalized care.
We’re here to make the onboarding process easy and stress-free. To begin, email us at info@delightedog.co. We can’t wait to meet you and your furry companion and welcome you both to The Delighted Dog family!
We provide full-day and half-day daycare, overnight boarding, training, and transportation through our Waggin’ Wagon. Our kennel-free environment ensures a stress-free experience for your pup.
A kennel-free environment means dogs are not confined to cages or crates during their stay. They spend their time freely playing, lounging, or resting in our spacious fields or cozy indoor areas. Suites are only used for meal times or sleep (or if downtime is requested).
Your dog will spend the day playing in our fenced fields, participating in supervised group activities, and socializing with other pups. There’s plenty of time for rest, cuddles, and fun with our trained staff.
Doggy daycare helps with socialization, reduces separation anxiety, provides exercise, and prevents boredom. It’s the perfect way to keep your dog happy, healthy, and engaged.

Your dog will enjoy plenty of playtime, socialization, and relaxation during the day. At night, they’ll sleep in a spacious suite, and we’ll hand-feed them their meals and perform daily health checks.
